Description:
OIC invites the group of High school students from Yakutsk city, Sakha Republic, Russian Federation to attend the 2-week ESL Summer Camp at Ontario International College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in the month of August 2008. The purpose of the 2008 ESL Summer Camp at OIC is to further Russian-Canadian cultural exchange, and to provide the Russian youth with an opportunity to learn and understand the society of the Canadian people and to enable them to improve their English Language Proficiency while experiencing the North American Culture and visiting and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the country, the cities as well as cultural diversity of Canada. The ESL Camp also serves to enhance the international perspectives of the faculty and students to enrich their study and life experience, and to lay a solid foundation for their pursuit of advanced studies in Canada in the future. The program is composed of ESL courses and different cultural activities) and tours to CN Tower, Toronto Zoo, Royal Ontario Museum, Niagara Falls, etc as well as the most excited Canadian cities such as Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City.
